Can I earn points in-store?
We only get you points on your online shopping. We're keen to enable AirRewards by AirArabia for your offline purchases too, so we're actively exploring ways to do so — we'll keep you posted with the progress.
What are "Confirmed Earnings"?
These are the points ready for you to use.
What are "Pending Earnings"?
Your every order's points earnings first go into a pending state for a store-defined amount of time. Each store has its own pending duration - The pending period allows the store to process any returns before verifying an order's goodstanding and releasing the funds. When that happens, your earnings status changes to Confirmed.
Where do points come from?
When you shop using the AirRewards by AirArabia, the store pays a commission, the majority of it is converted to points and credited to your account.
